Sanjay Gubbi’s interest lies in conservation policies and outreach activities.  He holds a Masters Degree in Conservation Biology from University of Kent, U.K where he received the Maurice Swingland Award for being the best postgraduate student of the year.  His research interests

are in human-wildlife interactions.   He focuses on educating policy makers and opinion builders on the need for wildlife conservation and currently works in the Western Ghats of southern India.
